I have decided to have my make-up done for my wedding because when it comes to the world of cosmetics I have no idea what I am doing. My friends Diannie and Muriel suggested that I look into Bobby Brown Cosmetics because they have neutral/more vintage looking colors, which seems more in line with the look I am going for. Vanessa at the Bobby Brown Cosmetics counter in Nordstroms was great to work with. I was nervous going in because I thought they might try and sell me everything or that they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted, but it was the complete opposite. She talked to me about my wedding and at the end, there was no pushy sale talk at all.
It was a great self-esteem boost to get my make-up done. Vanessa complimented me on how beautiful my natural lip color was, and a women who happened to be buying cosmetics from the counter told me I looked really hot.
It ended up being exactly what I was hoping for.
