It is funny. I have this blog to write about the important things in my life, but when these important things happen…I don’t really write about them. But the important things are hard to put into words ya know? How do I tell the 3 people who read this thing about how proud I am of my two friends that just recently gave birth? How I am in awe of what they did and the decisions they made and their strength. In the last month I also attended two weddings. I would love to make you understand how happy everyone seemed. How utterly beautiful the brides were. That at both weddings to see the love the couples had for each other made me smile a ridiculously huge smile. But every time I try to write about it, I get frustrated because the words fall short.

Spice Rack of My Very Own
Still no word on whether or not we got the new place, but you better believe I am adding things to put in the house to my Amazon Wishlist daily (okay...hourly)!
In true Hipster fashion, I am currently in love with starburst mirrors and/or clocks.
In other news I went to my friend Kat's baby shower this past Sunday. I had a really great time! There was good food and great people...so how can that go wrong? Plus I fabric painted an awesome jelly fish onesie! Fashion design as a second career? I think so! I can't wait to meet Kat and Jesse's little baby.
I am excited to see how this little person fits into the world.

I get it
Okay Life, I get it. I wanted to throw myself a little PMS pitty party today, but you are not going to let me.
I just found out that one of my favorite couples, Courtney and Dan are going to have a baby. This combined with that news that one of my other favorite couples, Kat and Jesse are going to have a baby, is making me over the top happy.
So Life, you win. I will be happy today for my friends and the new lives they are bringing into this world.
