It has been a great class and I have learned a lot (go ahead ask me about Mezirow's Theory of Transformative Learning), but I am glad this quarter is over. It has kicked my butt! So to celebrate I took tomorrow off. But like usual, I have scheduled myself silly with everything I hope to accomplish on my day off. Do you wanna see the list? Well who cares if you don't I am going to show it to you anyways!
1. Have breakfast with my mom
2. I was going to check out Target, but Katherine just sent me this in an email so now I am conflicted.
3. Clean bathroom
4. Clean bedroom
5. Call friends who I have not spoken to in a while
6. Buy a sleeping bag
7. Watch a Netflix movie that Andy will never watch with me (I watched “Bolt” and cried my eyes out)
8. Develop pictures from my trip to NOLA and put them in frames
9. Now that the quarter is over I think I should put together the desk we bought for me to do homework on :)
10. I haven't checked with Kate on this yet, but I am getting one of my nasty tension knots in my neck, so maybe I can sweet talk her into a massage.

This is Jack Mezirow. Learn his theory it is important!
Come on Tuesday, I am looking forward to you!
***Update! I bolded the items on my list that I actually accomplished***

I think you can go to Fred Meyer at least they're union... but I know Target has better design. Sigh. Hopefully this social pressure will encourage them to change. Unfortunately it's not just this issue. They also allowed their pharmacists to refuse to fill Plan B prescriptions a few years ago. http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5018646 This makes me worry that they are a very conservative company overall and that I may not want to give them money...
It is a good thing about Freddy's. I try to support the local businesses in the Burien area as much as possible, but sometimes I just need something cheap and fast. The same goes for sex! Ha ha ha! I am kidding!
